Radiator replacement

The bedroom radiator was leaking for a week. It was fixed by a friend of mine as I was so upset and didn't want to speak to a fitter. Another leg of this radiator is covered in green. A piece of furniture was damaged and the ceiling: there are stains. He came to repair the leak in the halway radiator, but it is still leaking. Not much, just the pipe is wet.
After I took a bath for the first time after installation, it began leaking heavily. And again the ceiling was covered in stains. Yes. It is was fixed by him and not leaking anymore.
The bathroom is done. Because the tiles are not even at all, it is difficult to properly grout them. The carpenter who came to give me a quote for the furniture, said looking at the bathroom that it was shocking. The only one option to improve the bathroom is to do it again.
It is difficult for me to explain all the faults as I can go on and on and on.
I must say he is a nice bloke, but unfortunately he doesn't have the skills.
He gave me a bill of £26000 for his labor without taking the old tiles off and recycling.and without asking me if I am happy with the radiator installation quote beforehand. I paid £1500 a deposit and gave him 2 pairs of TRVs. I have the same quote from someone else. But choose him as I he sounded very enthusiastic.
Thank you very much for all your support. Yes. I have standards. Are they too high? It must be a home improvement but it didn't happen. But in the end of the day it is only a bathroom. Stay safe.x

P. S. He admitted that the tiling he did had been done badly. But for me it is very stressful, time and money consuming.
