Received Paring tickets in the School Car Park at the School I work for

You said this car park is not conected to the school, in fact. It's just used by staff which is not the same thing, so school policy is irrelevant, surely.
Also this is as easy as pie for a registered keeper to win and we've explained why, because Smart don't use the POFA and can't hold keepers liable. As long as you have never blabbed about who was driving then you already have your 100% slam dunk winning point tee'd up.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

gmcg4210 said:When I first arrived in September, I was never told about the parking arrangement the school has with Smart Parking, and never told that my license plate needed to be put on a "whitelist" to exempt me from receiving fines. I was only made aware of this agreement after I raised the issue of the fines with the school in mid-November directly after receiving them, resulting in my car being placed on the whitelist but by this time it was too late.
After doing some digging, I discovered that I should have been told on my 1st day on site about (and I quote) "vehicle movements on site" - found in the visitors policy on the school website. As this didn't happen, the visitor policy wasn't execute properly and resulted in me received 10 fines! After taking this to the school and the agency I used to work for they have given me no help at all on this topic, saying it isn't the schools responsibility.......even though it writing in their policy to safeguard visitors in matters like this.School and Smart Parking are "connected"........................................................................................The OP has also had considerable correspondence with SP which would appear to reduce the chances of overall success.0
