Just 39 days to go LMD. There must have been days when the thought of being debt free felt like being debt free was just a dream. Thank you AntoMac, yes it's been very hard at times and I once had no idea how I would get myself out of the mess I had created. I'm thankful that we are in a position where I can overpay so much each month to clear it.
Today won't be a NSD, I need to go and get screen wash for the car. The recent bad weather lead to excessive squirting haha. I have paid £5 to CC7 as my PAD, that was in the middle of the night as I've not slept (again).
I have 8 more days to go until pay day and being able to pay another big chunk off the credit card. Exciting times. I have sold a small item on Vinted which I will post later. No available extra funds yet, but quite a bit of interest in my more expensive items so I will see what happens there.
Is it sad that I am more excited about Pay day next Monday rather than my birthday on Thursday?

I'm counting down the days with you. I'm excited for you
Can't wait until we are in the same situation in a few years time.1 -
Thanks RS, I am quite excited about it and really want to sell these extra things on Vinted so I can try and clear it even quicker. I have more than £900 of items listed so we will see what happens and if I have to do any wheeler-dealing offers to get them gone.
Today's PAD is £5 to CC7, nothing else available other than my basic PAD. I am in the office today so it's not a NSD and I won't get to do any surveys. I am at home the rest of the week though so should be good for surveys and NSDs
I have been a bit MSE today though... I've brought a jar of coffee and my water bottle from home so I don't spend money on canteen drinksEvery little helps given that I drink coffee like my life depends on it
Hope you all have a good Monday

Morning, I hope everyone is doing OK? My dad pocket dialled me at 4:20 this morning and I have been wide awake since... On the plus side, I've already done a prolific survey and answered 3 Vinted queries on items I'm selling.
I managed to cash out £6 from Prolific this morning and £27 from Vinted landed so my PAD was a lovely £38 this morning. I still have £10 pending in Prolific and loads in my Vinted wardrobe.
Today will be a NSD, I have no spending plans until Friday so we will see how that goes
I need more coffee now

Good morning
Another early start for me and I'm super busy with work so I am certain the day will fly by. One of my friends suggested meeting for dinner this evening and I was money savvy and offered to cook. Hubby is working tonight so it will be nice to have some company.
I had details of my pay review through yesterday, it's late this year so to be honest I wasn't expecting anything. Surprisingly it's 3.5% which I'm not disappointed with. I know that given the cost of living it's probably a reduction in real terms but it's better than nothing.
Today will be a NSD for me again and I have made £7 PAD to the credit card. A little more as it's now close to pay day with few outgoings due.
Hope everyone has a great Wednesday, it's clear blue skies and sunshine at the moment which always gives me a lift.

Well done on getting a pay rise. It all helps.
Our next pay review is the end of June, beginning of July.1 -
Morning everyone, I'm glad it's almost the end of the week, it's been very busy this week and I'm ready for some down-time.
Can't wait for pay day on Monday, although I have received some birthday money this morning in my cards I am not using this for debt payments. I will likely save it until there's something I need or want. When I make my CC7 payment on Monday it will take me under the £1k barrier which is so exciting!
Today will be a NSD, I have no plans as hubby is working nights. Just me and the dog tonight with a movie and popcorn. My PAD was £30 to the credit card, made up of my basic PAD, Prolific cash out and a WeAre8 payment. I still have £20 pending in Prolific too which is great
Not much else to report, it's all ticking along nicely at the moment. I hope everyone has a great day!

You're doing great LMD and it just goes to show that with the right mindset, a little research and sheer determination you can take a whopping £42k debt down to ZERO.A big congratulations. If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

A £6 Vinted payment has hit the bank so that's been sent to CC7, that projected final figure is now just £293!
