Hi everyone and happy Fri-yay
I'm, glad I've made it to the end of the weekend, although I have a very busy day at work scheduled to end the week off with a bang. I'm at home though so at least I can keep my coffee intake up.
My PAD was £5 to CC7 today, I was expecting to pay the window cleaner but hubby has coughed up for that so I thought I would send a bigger amount to debt. It will be another NSD for me today, number 9 for October and unexpected due to hubby's generosity, although to be fair, he also benefits from clean windows
Tomorrow and Sunday will be spendy days as we have plans this weekend but should be able to get a few more NSDs next week. I am toying with going into the office one day too, but will see how I feel as no colleagues will be in to chat to - although sometimes this is a good thing!
I have made a complaint this morning to my mobile provider, the signal is dire and given that I am paying £69 a month I think it's a bit much. Will see what they say. I had contemplated buying myself out of contract but it might be a bit too pricey. I will see what they come back with.
Off to make more coffee

Just checked the bank this afternoon and a £12 refund has popped in from some things I bought on Tuesday and had to return. I’ve sent this to CC7 as I’d forgotten all about it so it won’t be missed

Morning
Up early with the dog again, but also a busy mind as I have a hospital appointment later this morning and it has been playing on my mind and stopping me from sleeping properly.
This morning's PAD was £4, £1 to CC7 and £3 to the sealed pot. It won't be a NSD as I need to pay for parking later and we know how expensive hospital parking can beHopefully this afternoon I can have a nap and relax a bit. We might go out to see some friends later, but the plans are still up in the air at the moment.
Not much else to report at the moment. The projected final payment to CC7 is now down from £750 to £334 which is amazing. No response from my mobile provider about my complaint yet but I know they have 5 days to acknowledge it. If I can somehow get out of my contract and go sim free, that will be about £45 I can overpay on my card each month too. Fingers crossed and we will see what happens, I won't hold my breath though.
12 days to pay day and counting...
Have a good Saturday all

Wow you are doing so well still with those prolific payments
Hospital car parking sucks! Great minds think alike regarding the refund as I too received one which I had forgotten about yesterday so it got thrown to the CC. x

Morning! Up early again today thanks to the dog, it’s becoming a habit and he can nip this in the bud!
Today’s PAD is £5 to CC7 I only have 2 more ‘going out’s planned before pay day so there’s some spare in the spends account. Today isn’t a NSD as it’s one of the planned going out days. I’m not sure what will get spent today but I’m hoping to keep it frugal.
Thanks for the well wishes, aside from them running late my appointment was fine, it was for another scan so now I just need to wait for the results. For some reason I’m not getting any notification emails when someone comments on here anymore. 🤷🏻♀️That’s about it from me, no payments from prolific, it’s all pending. Hopefully there will be more studies to complete tomorrow.Have a relaxing Sunday!

That £6k level is getting closer LMD,
I’m doing evening walks at the moment for a friend’s dog and am having the opposite problem. She doesn’t want to go out! Her owner is very Ill and I’m sure she senses it. Doesn’t want to leave his side. Quite a lot of cajoling is needed. Once we’re out she loves it. After all there is so much good stuff to sniff out there isn’t there?
She is so cute and I love her to bits even though I’ve only been walking her a few weeks. I’m sure for all the annoyance of the early morning wake ups you get so much joy in return.27/5/17 Mort 64705 BTs 1904031/12/17 Mort 59815 BT 1673007/04/20 Mort 49208 BT 1572128/07/20 Mort 47387 BT 1263414/11/20 Mort 45905 BT 10134 20/05/21 Mort 42335 BT 686811/08/22 Mort 32050 BT 2915Sealed Pot Challenge 16 Number 55 -
I wouldn’t trade my dog for anything @AntoMac, believe me. I don’t mind the early mornings really, he’s very good at taking naps with me too!Dogs are exceptionally perceptive and they say they can sense illness so maybe that’s why she doesn’t want to leave her owner. Glad she enjoys it once out though. My dog is a sniffer and sometimes has to be cajoled along the walks or we would never get back home 🤣Life gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017Sealed pot 2025 £6573 | EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3364/£6000 | Travel savings £1508 | Sinking pots £25715
