Our Samsung TV has broken, just 15 months after we bought it. It is out of its 12 months manufacturers warranty. The screen is broken, as a result of a manufacturing defect and it is not repairable. A repair firm have confirmed this is the problem and will be writing us a report to this effect. Can we claim 1) on our credit card or 2) under the consumer goods act? If so, how do we go about doing this and what are our chances of succeeding? Thanks
