That wasn't the OP was it?
  • Hello All,

Thank you for the responses, its really refreshing! I had a date and it was cancelled very soon after and in the letter told a new one would be set. I have a communal hallway for 2 flats and the ground floor flat have 4 young children so post is a nightmare, We've recently had water damage and they've had to move out (long story short, i hadn't got anything confirming a date from court) on Friday (16th) after i got in from work i recieved DCBs WS which they've dated '9th'.

I would very much like to fight this and will bw in touch with the court manager tomorrow, very difficult weekend with the bank holiday Monday but I've only got myself to blame.

I will go through the post and prepare a WS, do you guys believe it may be too late ? Please let me know how you think i should proceed.

Once again, no matter the outcome im super pleased to have found you all! ❤️
  • Would anyone have the contact for the court manager? Do i still have time to file a WS ?

    Thanking you :)

You are probably late but do it anyway.

This is not your thread so this is not the place to keep posting. This is an old thread that is only about @fwesh 's case.

The OP was/is @fwesh and the latest poster is @Bape19 who appears to have taken over the thread!

Apologies, I wasn't sure if you were referring to the OP or the hijacker.
