  • He mentioned costs to be paid and that PE should resend the original claim form to the updated address, within 14 days that was it.
Did they?  If they did, then you must submit a defence within 14 days because you told us he said that, too.
No PE have not , they haven't sent anything, that's the I became concerned and contacted the forum. Understood.

OK, so, ONLY IF 14 DAYS HAS PASSED SINCE THE ORDER email ParkingEye with the claim number (and xxxxxx/xxxxxx PCN ref if you have it) in the email title:

    enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk

and point out that they are now in breach of the Judge's directions at the hearing on xx/xx/2021, whereby they were required to serve the claim to you at the right address (confirm address here) within 14 days.  Given that they have not and the CCJ was set aside, please can they confirm that the PCN has been cancelled and the original claim will not be pursued.

Just check the status of your PCN on the PE website, that might give you an inkling as to whether they might have given up on this. But you must continue with the process whatever it says, until such time as you have an official communiqué from PE and/or the court.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Refused to give up = quite right!

This is really useful info for Marriott complaints in future, even just knowing that 'Procurement' have a dedicated person dealing with P/Eye:

I refused to give up on this avenue and finally got through to Marriott International Tel 02070127000 Spoke to the most reasonable and helpful person named david.spurling@marriott.com who informed me that he has been unofficially dealing with PE issues for some time. He told me to forward my email chain to him and he would forward the issue to Procurement who have a dedicated person who liaises with PE . He also informed me that Liam Brown has now moved to USA a few months ago. So no point in sending him any further emails. Anyway, I hope this helps anyone else who has had problems with Marriott and PE.

Can you post a link to this thread on the continuous thread called 'SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCs' (first link in the NEWBIES thread and also it's linked by Crabman in the Parking Tickets Board Sticky as well.

    thanks for this!

I'm not sure the Fat Lady has sung on this yet.
