I’ve received a letter from my GP with an appointment to attend their vaccine clinic. The letter asks that i bring with me, I.D, a mask and a pen.
Hard to believe that some clinics are still requiring patients to complete forms and sign for consent, most are relying on verbal consent and entering data directly on patients records.
Well, that is what the letter states. I am in the vulnerable group. The clinic has been set up in a hall directly adjacent to the surgery, so as not to impede access to the surgery for other patients. I assume therefore their normal IT will not be available.
