Not a GP centres from my understanding according to friends or the clinic my sibling attended last weekZinger549 said:I was just checking if you needed to bring anything (ID). I will have my phone on me so will just show them the text message.
I think a few weeks ago when they had the mishap when people were booking jab appts via a certain app
when they should not have, there were news items you may need it to prove you worked for nhs/etc but heard nothing
sine. I guess if you are an elderly like me then you won't. But why not take it with you better safe than sorry, eh.
link below to queue jumping that was a few weeks ago, heard nothing since so under control I guess.

There is still one massive loop hole that people are using which is very frustrating. I guess people using it are just selfish.I hope that at some point the whole process will be evaluated and the loop hole closed for future mass vaccinations.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Surely if there’s one massive loop hole in the system the system would of crashed as surely everyone would be trying to use it and if the authorities are aware of it why can’t they fix it?silvercar said:There is still one massive loop hole that people are using which is very frustrating. My GP sorted my jab out for me and I had it at my local surgery so haven’t had to use an app or booking link.
Im genuinely interested what this loophole is and why they can’t block it?0 -
It’s a way of people to abuse the system. Obviously I’m not going to say on a public forum what it is. It would be hard to close it completely without having an impact on the vaccine rollout, so it isn’t going to happen. Hopefully an examination of the process once it is finished will ensure that it won’t be repeated in the future. On a national level it is resulting in some people getting their vaccines earlier than intended, at the end of the day everyone who wants will get their vaccine.Dullville said:

I don't think they're coordinated, either. I've just had a call to book a vaccine three days after I already booked one.Placitasgirl said:There are different processes and procedures in place across the UK0 -
My husband got his letter inviting him to book a jab in a local hub, a week after being jabbed via a booking from the GP service. I just hope that these two different systems both targetting the same group don't end up affecting the percentages for people who decline a jab.jack_pott said:

MrsP jabbed a week before letter. I am booked for jab without letter so yes a few anomalies but generally very impressed with it all. I am sure everyone who wants one will get one.0

I’ve received a letter from my GP with an appointment to attend their vaccine clinic. The letter asks that i bring with me, I.D, a mask and a pen.0

Hard to believe that some clinics are still requiring patients to complete forms and sign for consent, most are relying on verbal consent and entering data directly on patients records.tooldle said:I’ve received a letter from my GP with an appointment to attend their vaccine clinic.
