Morning all. Benji bunny has been spotted on the garden. Hutch was left open overnight so he had access to water. Trouble is he's small enough to be taken by a bird of prey, and we are not far from countryside. Hopefully the mesh by the gate keeps foxes out.
Washing to peg out. Need to get sorted for tomorrow as I'm working. And obviously waiting for news from the hospital.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Quick update from ASB cottage, kids bedding washed and drying on the line, chickens outside playing (3 eggs today alone), visited bottle bank and clothing bank, money shuffled, a bit of admin done and some texts sent to catch up with people.
DS swept the leaves off the decking bless him, no mean fear for a slight 6 year old, and we are about to have a tiger bread baton with ham & cheese in the sun. It’s really warm here in GoC.
Hope all is okay Valli xx

Well done to your DS ASB.
Dog walk and dailies done here. I'm just about to go and collect a freebie in the village which will help with storage in my bedroom and when I get back I will wash lunch dishes and clean the oven.Spend less now, work less later.10 -
I hope your dad is ok, Valli.
This morning’s washing has dried in the glorious sunshine. Another load in, another load waiting. Long walk this morning across fields and through woods, carpeted with snowdrops. 2 cars washed. I’m thinking about getting some more seeds started but the admin pile is staring me out.12 -
Patio weeded and swept, dogs walked again and that is me done for today. See you all on the new thread.Spend less now, work less later.12

Good evening.
Valli I hope your dad is feeling better. And I hope you have now caught your bunny!
Operation patio clean is ongoing - about 2/3 done. I had forgotten what a messy job pressure washing is! Or is it just DH which makes such a mess?! The back door, walls, fence etc will all need washing down when he has finished!!
I spent some time cutting back dead stuff and shrubs. I have another bucket load of stuff for the allotment compost bin - I will do that tomorrow.
WM x1 done & dry. DW done, emptied and refilled. Food shop done. Dog walk done before DS & DH bathed him using medicated shampoo. He is definitely scratching less, and we haven't had to clear up any blood for a few days. Unfortunately, he was sick overnight, so we will have to keep an eye on that.
I have a long list of jobs to do tomorrow, so we shall see what I get done! If I am honest, I start every day with a large list (the same large list! 😂)
See you all on the new thread!10 -
