Is my ISA allocation too much of the same type of funds

I don't see the harm in splitting £420k between two fund houses and buying roughly equivalent multi-asset funds. Although I'd be considering faulty asset allocation, tracking error, or perhaps even suspended trading to be the main risks mitigated.
