Lastminute.com Cancelled Flight Refund

Flight booked for November last year and cancelled in October but received no information or notification of the refund. Phone number completely dead.
Return emails from inbox I was previously discussing with are now coming back automated.
My Help area of website simply states they are waiting for airline before processing refund.
Anyone dealing with any sort of similar problem, or has anyone received a refund from lastminute.com?
