    My reply:

Thank you for your reply and it seems that I am the only victim of this parking scam (see attached file) in wing yip cricklewood store.

In this case, I would like to know who is the landowner of 395 Edgware road or who did wing yip pay rent to. We are being discriminated against under the equality act 2010. As a disabled person we have a protected characteristic which they just to seem to Keep ignoring.

UKPS Ltd is beaching the Equality Act by discriminating directly, indirectly and discrimination by connection of a disability (using a blue badge is connected to disability).

The landowners are jointly responsible with any sub-contracted agent to ensure that legal obligations are fully met, which is why I contacted you.

In this case, direct discrimination against me can be demonstrated at the point when UKPS Ltd refused the appeal. But the overarching breach - potentially affecting all disabled visitors - is that UKPS Ltd and their client in this car park have failed at the outset to make this particular 'reasonable adjustment' provision fully accessible to those who lawfully qualify to use it (Blue Badge or not). The person who issue the PCN should note that disabled bays provided by Councils on-street - relying on a statutory Blue Badge scheme - are not directly comparable with disabled bays provided on private land. Therefore, this is simply proved their staff need more training.

Please visit the government website and they published a new rules on 31 Aug 2020 suggested unfair private parking tickets will be eliminated through the introduction of new rule for private car parks.

I will be make a formal complaint to the Communities Secretary Rt Hon Robert Jenrick MP who announced this new Parking Code of Practice and Framework.
At the same time,My MP, SCOPE the national disability charity,Motability, Chinese community groups and social media will also  be contacted to step in. As the incident happened in your store, you will be named and are jointly responsible with the obligations.

I am kindly asking you to contact UKPS Ltd and cancel the PCN against me. I will also reserved the right to claim against you after the event.

    Kind regards
