What is the benefit of not appealing to the IAS? I don't see the benefit of missing the opportunity to make UKPS jump thorough a hoop. If companies are dropping cases to cut costs them maybe they fear loss at the IAS.1

I agree with you, but, unkless opinion has changed, am in the minority.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Right now if you hammer them they might jusdt drop it. We have seen far more concedes than in the past3

Probably will try to appeal to IAS and give it a go if I don't heard from wing yip within this week. I want to appeal in time.Plus, the letter UKPS ltd replied is really smart, I did mentioned they are in breach of Equality act 2010 and POFA and etc. They avoided all these points I had mentioned in their letter and probably sent me some template letter they have.0

Yes do an IAS appeal. NO TEMPLATES EXIST, this is not like POPLA. The important thing is sound reasons and evidence to support your points.
Loads of PPCs are not contesting IAS appeals at the moment due to no staff/expertise available.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
I received an email from wing yip this morning after I chased for the follow up.
This is their response:Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email and for bringing this to our attention.
Unfortunately, parking for 395 Edgware Road, Cricklewood, is not associated with the Wing Yip store and therefore all enquiries/disputes should be directed to UKPS Ltd.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
How should I reply?
