This sentence is not grammatical:the defendant would therefore like to acknowledge that this was compliant with the responsibility to POFA.

Well it would seem that more of these termites are sneaking out of the woodwork! I've now had a "legal" letter from Gladstones for a separate incident in 2018! Here I go again...........
As an update on this i have had the SAR returned; surprise surprise no copy of the transfer of liability letter I had returned to them in September 2020. I have emailed them back asking for this! No doubt the response will be " not received!"
These companies are certainly using this pandemic to their advantage.2 -

Given the fact that many people are in financial crisis I think it's utterly disgusting that they are preying the way they are! Nothing but predators and parasites disgusting creatures. More needs to be done to regulate them ! So far in the past 2 weeks I now "owe" in excess of 400 pounds!! The skimmers who are leeching on all work on a no win, no fee basis.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

They are not selling on any alleged debt , the alleged debt remains with the PPC , who are not allowed to sell it on
But these companies have stored tens of millions of invoices over the years in times of plenty , for times of famine !!
2 years ago a bill passed through parliament and the new CoP should arrive later this year , but that will not assist in historic cases , only future ones2 -
Nothing to do with parking but I am selling a flat, it is unoccupied and no power is being consumed.
Yesterday I received a letter from a DCA for an unpaid electricity bill for estimated use, well over £100. I have had over a dozen letters and emails from the supply company, (Bulb), with whom I do not have a contract . (my tenant switched without asking my permission). I have threatened them with the Ombudsman in they do not raise their game.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
