OK, genuinely do not recall having anything like that sent. I had the DQ which I filed online with MCOL, I have searched through my documents and nothing like that is in there. I have 6 weeks before the hearing, from experience would i have time to file my WS and evidence?0

The Notice of Allocation came out after your DQ. It's the one that said the case was being allocated to your local court. If you have lost that, ask the court what the deadline is (it's normally not less than 14 days before the hearing).
Go read recent WS & exhibits bundles by other posters. There were some great ones in July.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The last correspondence I had from the court was the general form of judgment order, that was the end of April 2021. The letter I have just received is entitled "notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing). There is very little by way of directions on this letter, hence why I posted as I genuinely expected some sort of guidance?!

I had a little giggle at their response to my "non sensicle copy and paste defence that they see so often".0 -
A 'General Form of Judgment or Order' is a general form and the subject can only be determined by reading that form.
As you say, you received one in April last year about a hearing on the papers.
Due to it's generality, it is quite possible to receive more than one 'General Form' covering different subjects.
A Notice of Allocation is headed...
There can surely be no confusion here.1 -

Normally your local court (after DQ stage, after the case was transferred to them in 2021 in your case) will have sent out an order containing standard directions, in other words the timetable setting out the steps to be taken by the parties to get the case ready for the trial. The order will usually direct that each party must send to the court and each other copies of all documents on which it intends to rely at trial no later than 14 days before the hearing date.
If you think you are missing the Directions, ring the court and ask for a copy or for them to tell you when those will come, or if they have missed that out by mistake.
