You can check the MCOL claim history in a few days time to check the DQ has been registered , post is a last resort , especially in a pandemic where people work from home1 -

In February you were following a list that told you how to file a Defence.
You need to have another look at that list you were following earlier.
You probably stopped reading it at item 6...6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.The answers to your questions are there to be seen - in items 7 - 12 on that list.3 -

I have had a form N24 from the court requesting that the case be heard on paper, or remotely and if I object for me to provide evidence as to why this isnt suitable.
I have read a few threads and wondered what legitimate reason I would have for not wanting a hearing on paper/remote ?
