I believe there is a version of the DQ that you can fill in on-line, save and send via e-mail.

You can check the MCOL claim history in a few days time to check the DQ has been registered , post is a last resort , especially in a pandemic where people work from home

In February you were following a list that told you how to file a Defence.

You need to have another look at that list you were following earlier.
You probably stopped reading it at item 6...

6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.

The answers to your questions are there to be seen - in items 7 - 12 on that list.

DQ emailed to 

CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk same as the defence on 1st of April, still not showing as received?! The cut off date is Thursday could it just be a delay in them processing? Just wondering if I could be penalised for it if it's not sorted by the cut off date?

Nothing to worry about.

You have an email auto reply/receipt from the CCBC don't you?
It is unlikely it will ever be needed but look after it.

If it's not showing by Thursday morning , email again and check for auto reply email confirming receipt of your email , on that day , whilst they are open

Just checked and yes there is a receipt! I will check again in the morning as suggested, I have a draft of the email ready to go if needed.

I have had a form N24 from the court requesting that the case be heard on paper, or remotely and if I object for me to provide evidence as to why this isnt suitable. 

I have read a few threads and wondered what legitimate reason I would have for not wanting a hearing on paper/remote ?
