Every one must be exactly the same , in minutia , no differences whatsoever , do not just look at the word Britannia
Gsv shows the dates of the street map pictures , plus they usually have previous pictures too , never ever dismiss gsv as a source1 -
Which country are you in and are you not returning to the UK? Why are you bothering to defend a claim in the English court? Does a CCJ matter to you?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I guess it might be Wales, from the opening post.I was not the driver and I was miles away at the time in a different country in fact (the breach was in England I was in work in wales).@bluegoldie - if so, are you in South Wales? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I previously used the defence template on the forum and it's been 15 months with no word from the court Britannia parking.Court hearing is set for 2 months time (they have until next month to pay the hearing fee).So my questions are these:1) when will I file and in return see their evidence ? There is nothing stated on the letter from the court2) what usually happens on the day? Any tips guys ? Never ever been in trouble before so bit daunted by the prospect. My defence is made on the basis that I was not the driver (photos clearly show this!) I returned the NTK with the drivers details and thought that was that (stupidly by first class post but we live and learn). I did also later email them to dispute the claim but using poor information from another forum I used a "consumer rights" template.Lastly if I don't win, realistically how much can they claim from me ? I think I read previous posts stating it can be less than they requested when the false admin charges are removed (providing they are ?!)Sorry if this has been covered before, if the info I require exists then I'd happily be pointed in the right direction EDIT I have read the 2nd post on the newbies thread0

Either in this hearing order, or in the previous Notice of Allocation from months ago, it told you the deadline by which you (and the other side) must file and serve your WS and evidence. Re-read page 2 of the orders from the court. It will be there. You almost certainly both have the same deadline.
You have to file and serve a WS and evidence, as the NEWBIES thread tells you. Defence is not your only job. Recent good examples are by @Daiapolon2021 and @aphex007
Hearing tips about what to do on the day are in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you! In a bit of a tizz now as this is the first letter with a hearing date on it. I will ring the court tomorrow as there is no mention of submitting WS or evidence throughout the letter. There is reference to rule 1.1 of the civil procedure rules?. And there is reference to the case being listed for final hearing on the FOD after 6 weeks ? I think I have missed something. I need to log on to the page where I submitted my questionnaire.

But what about in the Notice of Allocation from a year ago? It's in there. No you don't. That was the CCBC admin centre at Northampton, just a gateway service, who passed this to your local court over a year ago. Nothing is updated on MCOL now.
