As you have now gained experience in the waste sector you could consider applying for permanent jobs within the industry. You can easily find out which company provides services on behalf of your local council and who operates main landfill sites in your area. The major companies - including Serco, FCC Environment, Veolia - are all employers of thousands throughout the country with scope for advancement for those who apply themselves.

I'm very hard working and work hard.

I do the job and lots more but I feel uneasy now. I'm far the most hard working as an agency guy.

I'll just stay at this job until things get better obviously. I get s good amount of pay each week.

However all the other guys standing around especially the two all day doing nothing and the others half an hour taking fag breaks(which I would be told off).

Kinda angers me.

Why will it obviously get better? Do you know something you aren't posting here?

It angered you several months ago when you posted exactly the same. It will anger you in a month when things don't change.

We no longer have The Arms on here which is where you could have vented, but do you not have friends or family to share this with? If you have genuine questions on employment etc the people on here are fab. But for your situation, where you agree you won't do anything or leave, I'd be inclined to advise to speak to people within your life.

If you need help on leaving, finding another job etc we can all help, but if you are staying and just want a moan, I'm sure your friends or family will be more sympathetic, I remember previous threads about your family and sister, so maybe they know your personality better and can help with ways we unfortunately can't.

So I still work at this tip and all the other employees half of the time sit there.

They look around, put things in their place for 30 minutes, watch the truck knock down then sit there for 30 minutes.

In the last 90 minutes all they do is sit there by the shed.

I do everything cleaning, brushing, observing, assisting, keeping nays tidy, putting items away, electrics, fridges away, take note of business Van's coming in, check for swaps.

I got told off for wearing another guys which they said I stole jacket when 9 jackets are hanged there in the office same size 5 of them.

So 3 guys literally stand there all day and off to their 30 minute an hour break and so called fag break.

And another guy puts things away but for 30 minutes sit there by the shed even if its busy.

This is pretty much what you complained about last time, so as it seems pointless to go over all the same ground again I’m going to refer back to all those answers and ask what you’ve tried?
Or why you’re now not looking for a new job.
