Again the colleague who just stands there just stands there all day.

The other employee also stands there 30 minutes every hour by the mobile office even when busy. And so too others at times.
They either give themselves or get 15 minute breaks per hour. My only break is the 30 minute break.
And I do all the work which I do not mind as I wish to keep busy. I'm the hardest working person there.

Maybe I have some issues the other employees looking at me, maybe saying stuff but I've said enough money now. I'm the sort of person maybe who likes to be independent.

Public sector mate, management generally don't have the first clue what is happening in the organisation they are managing and once staff have been around long enough, they can be very difficult to get rid of.

No point complaining about it, waiting for public sector organisations to be properly managed and run is like waiting for the second coming of Elvis. Why do you think your local council are !!!!!! money away at an epic rate?

  • For the ones who are standing around half the day their working day will drag like hell.  Keeping busy means you look up and suddenly hours have gone by, much better.

Yep they still stand there, even when its busy.
They tend to have a fag break 15 minutes and another 15 minutes in the hour. So they literally stand there all day or work in total 3 hours on the day and that too observing things.

I work at a public tip

And if you read my last thread there is one guy who just stands by the mobile office all day.

All the other workers have fag breaks 20 minutes an hour or more.

Another worker different to the worker from the first paragraph stands there also all day.

Then literally all the other workers even on busy days just take breaks:

    15 minute fag break
Observe and put things away, watch the skip when the rubbish is knock down and this is for 20 mins

And back to their 15 minute fag break.

So one worker stands by the mobile office all day.

Another worker stands there all day watching.

The other workers even on busy day take breaks half of the time.

I'm very hard working and work hard.

I do the job and lots more but I feel uneasy now. I'm far the most hard working as an agency guy.

And - if you don't like it, find another job/agency placement

The comments and advice from Feb/Mar will be exactly the same

Your situation hasn't changed in a couple of months so is unlikely to change in the future.  You still have three options 1.  Learn by example from the other workers and slow down, take as many breaks as possible etc  2.  Suck it up and work as you currently do.  3.  Find.another job.

And you said you were going to get another job.  How many jobs have you applied for in the last couple of months?
