Where do you hide all your Christmas presents?

Well, mine are in the wardrobe, so far OH has managed not to go looking
all are wrapped except one that I'm still working on.
Goodness only knows where I'm going to hide the samurai armour...0 -

When my family were small they would search everywhere at Granny's as that was the most obvious place to hide stuff but the presents were hidden in her next door neighbour's loft and transfered to the boot of our car the day or two before Christmas. We used to have a great laugh at how our three boys would search everywhere and be wondering where their santa stuff was and all the time we would be driving them around town with the stuff in the boot of the car:rotfl:0

All ours are in the porch. In boxes
We have just had a new kitchen so there were a few boxes in there anyway. I have just added to it. None of our 3 children have wondered where the extra ones have come from. Usually its up the loft or i have been known to drive around with things in the boot of my car a few days until its 'safe' to remove them.
I never thought of a suitcase tho... great idea !furrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:
About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D0 -
my kids have never hunted around and they are 9 and 6
i kept a rocking horse (adult size) in my bedroom with a blanket over it for about a month a couple of years back, they never even asked what it was!
Man who run into airport turn-styles is going to Bangkok
To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research0 -
Somebody may be able to help me ,has anybody found a way of stopping a toddler from trying to open wrapped gifts that are under the tree?
I love seeing all the wrapped up gifts under the tree but this year don't think it is going to happen.
I even tried wrapping some empty boxes with him to pass an hour this morning and made a big thing of them being "empty" turned my back to make lunch and he shouted SURPRISE , and duly unwrapped empty box ...
Any ideas ?0 -
Numbering wrapped gifts is a brilliant idea, moj. I've lost count of the times I have wrapped and labelled a gift, and then for some inexplicable reason it's become incredibly important for me to know what it was (and I can't remember). That's why I end up leaving all the wrapping to the last minute .... but numbering them and recording them in a diary is just inspired. I am *so* going to do this.0

My family live elsewhere, so i get all their presents for their kids. So i make a night of it nearer the day and get them up and have food/drink. Next day they go back with their pressies.
I have even done the "night" trip to deliver large items last minute.
Doh! I don't charge for storage!
Also have been a buyer of pressies for them when they cannot get the items from shops (this year was Nintendo Wii and DS, hard drives and memory sticks).
Just the usual shennigans every year, good fun tho'.0 -
In a storage box on top of the wardrobe in our spare bedroom. It's hard to get at and it just looks like a regular storage box - it's worked for the last 3 Christmases0
