This is now happening to me too! All of a sudden. I used every number that @Comping_Rich kindly provided but alas nothing. It just says "line busy" when I dial. have tried to restart in case it's my phone but am really and truly baffled on my end! 

calling any of the numbers on an 02 sim I can get through, no problem, this would cost me for each call but if I use Lebara where my calls are included in my bundle I get that 'line busy' message everytime.

Ah that's interesting! Thank you so much tigg for replying..I'm on Giffgaff and have unlimited calls so I guess that must be it. It worked for months though! Oh well

I'm also using Lebara where my calls are included in the bundle and I don't get the line busy message.
All my calls are going through ok, I manage to do the 42 with no problems.

I also use Lebara and have been entering with no issues.

I have noticed the Scottish lady now says something along the lines of "you have reached your maximum limit for this competition and any attempts to enter will be disconnected"

I believe people have known about the ‘two calls at the same time’ trick for sometime. However i remember lots of people stopped doing it as i believe they read something in the t&cs which could mean you’re disqualified for doing the two calls at the same time trick. 

Where does it say that in the terms and conditions?

Under Item 7: Entrant Restrictions, it used to say:

"Entrants must enter using a valid UK mobile number. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter any Competition repeatedly, or make multiple simultaneous entries, is prohibited."

It looks like they've removed the second sentence now though.
