Due to a very poor signal where I live, I have Wi-Fi calling activated on my phone, so I think I'm less affected by busy networks.
It won't be the networks that are busy, just the destination.

I answered on Monday afternoon saying "make me a winner" and it hung up following silence. I hardly ever get no caller IDs call my mobile, and I have read on the forum before of people having the same thing happen, but their voice was recorded by the competition without actually winning. How am I to know if this was a scam call or not?
The lines open for the next day’s comp at 3.10 and I believe the call will have to be made before this. It is generally thought that the call is made around 3.05

Look! There is no need to be rude. If you are annoyed because someone is asking a question that has been asked before, just ignore it. I am so fed up of the few people on this site who use sarcasm and anger. I remember when this forum was a kind and friendly place. Sigh!
    who was being rude?

So would you rather someone said hello and maybe missed out on £100,000 plus rather than have the potentially correct time frame pointed out
No, I think it's kind to give the information you gave. But not using the caps lock and sarcasm. I'm not just getting at you. There have been a lot of unkind comments on the forum lately. Perhaps this thread isn't the right place to debate it, but I do think it's right just to raise it. If it's going to turn into a debate, perhaps open a seperate thread on CCC? Just a suggestion.
clearly politeness has not been getting through and certainly don't want another thread with potentially misleading information on it (caps lock was by chance and I wasn't going through nearly the whole thing to change it)

You don't think typing in caps (AKA shouting) and using sarcasm is being rude to someone?
You’re right but I couldn’t see what post you were referring to.

    Sorry.

When ringing the free to enter number I’m getting “sorry the person you are calling is on another call, please try later” - anyone else getting this or is it something wrong with my mobile ?
This is now happening to me too! All of a sudden. I used every number that @Comping_Rich kindly provided but alas nothing. It just says "line busy" when I dial. have tried to restart in case it's my phone but am really and truly baffled on my end!
