What time are they making the calls? Is it the same everyday? I have answered a tele marketer and the vet with "make me a winner" My heart was beating like a drum the first time, I was convinced it was going to be me

It could be anytime after 3pm and when they play the winning call on the radio from 3:40pm onwards.
