it does say, when you call "depending on your bundle" just do one call then check if you have been charged or not.

If you have a mobile contract which includes minutes, calls to these standard rate numbers will be included in your contract inclusive minutes and therefore there will be no extra charge for them.

Free is not the same as no added cost -  the requirement to count as "free" is there must be no added charge to the basic service cost for entering the competition - so second class post uses a stamp valued at 75p for "free" postal entry and the phone entry can cost the same as a local call and still counts as "free" - with some providers/packages the call actually has zero cost.

You can set your phone to ring for 3 times and then go to answer phone.
