I've had no issues with Lebara but my work phone (3, not used for entering this) has a current issue apparently1

Quite regularly I've found there are issues with the phone lines after mid-day on the day of large amounts (usually above £100k), especially Friday's with guaranteed winners - it has taken me double the usual entry time sometimes!
Instead I always try to do my entries in the evening or at night for the next day; never had issues that way (touch wood!).
If you can, I recommend doing your entries the evening before so that you're not worrying or stressing about getting them in on time
