Am I right in thinking that if the prize for the day is NOT won then all previous entries rollover for the next one? Even if the phone call is answered??

Am I right in saying that if entries roll over we shouldn’t be calling in if we reached the maximum the previous day?

No, if it's a rollover you still get to enter again the day after up the maximum number of entries
