I have read all of this thread and I am very confused.
Not sure what the OP would like as a remedy to the situation - I think the OP is asking what the remedy should be?
However, I don't understand why there is a situation anyway.
The OP has purchased a £30k Mercedes with 2 previous owners, but model and age / mileage at purchase not confirmed in the thread. The OP has been very happy with the car for a year. The OP has now discovered that the vehicle was previously used as a minicab. I suspect, therefore a black S-Class or, outside chance, V-Class.
The OP is not happy with the fact the vehicle was previously a mini-cab and therefore wants some recompense.
I genuinely do not understand why being a former minicab is a reason to like the car less or for the value of the car to be lower. Indeed, I suspect the majority of these vehicles are minicabs at some time in life.
I am also surprised that, if this was an important factor for the OP and, given the type of vehicle, the question was never asked prior to purchase.1 -

Basically, the OP doesn't want different opinions, they want to read their opinion posted by different people.1 -
