Likewise build factories before obtaining all necessary building consents. Destroying the environment. While you can get away with it the US (at the moment), Germany is proving a different proposition. Hardly surprising India is Tesla's next target.HansOndabush said:
Exactly. What's the point of having low emission cars if you invest in Bitcoin that consumes more power than entire countries?Thrugelmir said:Tesla's ESG credentials look increasingly poor on the back of this decision.1 -
I think we can safely say the answer is a bit fat no!

Eek! View from the top. A bit like standing on a mountain in Panama after crossing the Atlantic, only to find the Pacific on the other side.coastline said:Set to 5 years for a decent view.

Not necessarily, dave. The lower % shareholding in Tesla more likely just reflects the falling value of Baillie Gifford's holding.dave8204 said:I knew he was a bit of a Maverick and someone who courts publicity but now he's gambling with shareholder's money and I'm not impressed. Great timing. BG have done brilliantly over the past year, doubling many investments. There may well be a couple of fallow years to follow but would be churlish to criticise Baillie Gifford after their 2020.0
