Amazon card initial limits

Nice to view I'm eligible -Amazon Credit card- new day.
This is much better as I wasn't since the card was launched.
3mths 0% purchase 21.9 approx apr.
Though this is only Amazon's eligibility checker, slightly tempted to apply.
20 pounds gift card-amazon.
What initial Limits have been issued to successful mser's

£500 instant credit, upped to £950 by them a few weeks later.
Applied as the offer appeared in the middle of a purchase, approved and instant £500 limit in seconds.
The gift voucher was also instant and applied to the transaction before I checked out that day (30/11/20).
As the £500 initial limit was too low for the entire purchase, I paid with my Nationwide CC as it was the last ever day for cashback.

Thanks I seen the 500 instant credit quote, though I wont be using that if I apply.
Your generous increase, did you use the Card for a few spends and pay off in full before the Increase was applied.

@Dandytf, the card has not been used at all.
The limit of £500 was advised during the online application and the £950 limit appeared on the letter to which the physical card  was attached to when it arrived about a week later.
I didn't need the Amazon card, I just took the free money !

they do have regular 3/6/12 months interest free options but only when you buy from amazon website depends if you already have other 0% options with other cards

from memory the minimum amount is £100 
i have the amazon cc as my default just for the extra points that gives me.

Thanks is the points worth accumulating.
I've never made expensive purchases from Amazon, only small household items and tech cables etc.

My initial limit was only £1000 - but it's upped since then - and I've made about £100 in Amazon vouchers since I've had it.

What's the most cost effective way of accumulating Vouchers.
I know I could use this card for small home purchases, maybe one or two home gym items.

If you're a prime member you'll earn points more quickly - if you're not - you'll earn them at the regular rate for Amazon purchases. You get the double points even if you do the 30 day prime membership trial - so that's worth activating if you have a few things to buy in any given month. Otherwise they just accumulate at regular speed with regular spend. (I've spent quite a lot over the last year through the card and so have done quite well)

I've only had it since October, so it'll be at least April before they'll consider an increase. But, since my total monthly credit card spending rarely exceeds £1,000 and the total of my limits on all cards exceeds £40,000, it's not as if I'm desperate for a higher credit limit. I only got this card because I spend a fair bit at Amazon, am a Prime member, and liked the idea of getting, in effect, 1.5% cashback. For non-Amazon spending, my AmEx card gives a better rate of cashback and is therefore my default card elsewhere.

Well, yes, maybe you could. But don't do so if you can get the same stuff cheaper elsewhere. There's no point in spending, say, 5% more buying it at Amazon if you only get 1.5% (Prime member rate) back in vouchers.
