Hi need to change supplier as MSM 2yr fix with EON ends 12.03.21. pure planet seems best deal but bit concerned about app and no contact via phones anyone had experience with them?

I thought about switching to PP but stopped the switch, couldn't get past being totally unable to speak to a human

I decided to try them but, when I put my details in through Martin's Energy Club, it says this deal is no longer available. I wonder if it's to do with the price cap going up.1

I’m a happy PP customer. You really don’t need a person to talk to. They are very responsive and their app works well (unlike the British Gas app, for example).0

Personally I haven't needed to speak to anyone over the phone for the last 5 years in having an energy supply.
Unless you want to shout down the phone at someone it's not really needed nowadays if the supplier has a decent app (voted best app in Uswitch) and at least has a 'contact us'.
Not having a call center just means they can pass on the savings to their customers.0 -
Unfortunately they aren't the cheapest and have the most appalling customer service. Perhaps in fairness, it's not bad, more accurately it's non-existent.0
