Because people want to work out if it's worth them doingjoyceyjo said. The object of my original post was to find out if anyone out there has a credit card that they can pay online or on their app by an external debit card but it seems people are far more interested in the ins and outs of why🤣🤣
60 small coop payments and Halifax £500 payments

Thats just an amount, not spread over multiple payments.
60 small coop payments and Halifax £500 paymentsTo answer your question - like you I also have a Barclaycard and can credit funds to it by any debit card. I expect the same will be the case for the majority of credit card accounts. Those that don't will be few and far between I suspect.I'd be interested as to a detailed breakdown of how you make the £45 monthly nice little earner. How many Co-op bank current accounts do you hold ?I don't have a Halifax current account, so no idea how that works out.

Your post still doesn't make any sense. £45 = 8 Halifax Reward accounts + 1 co-op account? They let you have that many - doubt itjoyceyjo said:Farfetch - I don’t just have 1 reward account. Besides if I make £45 from 30 mins work does that not equate to £90 an hour?
Co-op is capped at £3 (+£2) so do you mean you have 8 Halifax accounts moving £500 around (which you could do by SO more easily) and then make 60 payments in 30 minutes? Payment every 30 seconds? Unlikely. More realistically, you are earning £3 for 30 minutes work sat paying £1 a time to earn 5p and the rest is some fantasy world economics where a bank lets you have 8 current accounts where you just cycle the same £500 through each one and they give you £5 a month.0 -
Farfetch - you really need to take a chill pill. You sound quite annoyed that I have managed to open 8 reward accounts earning me £40 per month. And no I don’t have to recycle the same £500 through all 8 or the same £1500 funding to each. But thanks for your concern. 🤣🤣🤑Deleted_User said:

I'd be interested to learn the specific mechanics of how all this is achieved.

So, if the 60 payments take 30 mins (or let's say 68 payments, with eight for your eight reward accounts), that's £11 an hour rate for your coop efforts?joyceyjo said:

And how much do you earn sitting on your unpaid lunch break eating your lunch in the office reading Twitter?kimwp said:

Does it really matter. The coop account isn't worth it to me but if someone wants to sit and process some multiple payments in their dead time (for want of a better word) good for them.2
