We were happy with the original as we had nothing to compare they with and assumed they were Dove Grey as stated on the order and packaging. I'd wait until your friend has received the samples - I assume they have asked for both cream and dove grey - and if the original panels you have are the same colour as the cream sample, you will have a astronger case.

 Yes they will send out the 3 colours they do, black,cream and dove grey. Will keep you posted 🙂

The OP said they would keep us posted when the friend received the 3 samples.

That was on 10th February but the OP hasn't logged on to MSE since 27th February.

We receive the samples and they are the same colour as the original fence panels we bought. Screen with Envy still refuse to take any liability and the only solution they could provide would be to buy more panels and they would  guarantee they were from the same batch.

Obviously not about to fork out another £1k to make it right so, we are just living with them as don't have the time and energy to take it any further with them.
