Not that it matters much, but those NatWest cards are awful. Who thought they were a good design?

Do not like design of new card so a good prompt after 45 years to now move to a bank that understands it's customers better and does not take them for granted !

You are moving bank because a logo has changed from Visa to Mastercard? Them changing is hardly "take them for granted", it makes no genuine difference to any customer.
