at no point on any documentation , including the actual sign does he declare himself as a sole trader ,
but that is the least of his worries , the documents he has sent you seem to be a bit "light" , where is the paperwork from the dvla showing who asked for the info , and more importantly company number or ICO ref no
perhaps as he is not going to pass this to you , I say "he" , but which he?
maybe an email to the dvla asking for printout of all people asking for your info between XXX and XXX , send email but recieve letter back , send proof of id1 -

Why was the original windscreen ticket reprinted on 04/11/2020?
Seems suspicious to me, especially given that the sole trader and Ltd company are legally separate entities, and should not have access to eachother's information0 -

I am now confused at what I need to do (but that is just because there has been so much good feedback). Email dcb legal to put the case on hold for 30 days (as per newbies #2), to confirm that I am seeking debt advice (but deny the offence) and to let them know that the entity has changed from a sole trader to a ltd company. Can (or should) I put forward any defence at this point to try to have it throw out or is it too far gone? Email my MP to outline the abuse of process and that the ltd business seems to be acting for a previous sole trader. Pick up the requests with DVLA, ICO etc.
