    On it now....can you please advise about the templates last sentence "You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle", the images of the car are on the letter I have received with date and time on it ... the photos are quite dark as this was 5am - 7am ish I can see the plates and lights on the rest as mentioned is dar....do I take that out from the template...and move on just with the picture of the sign?

    MOTO need to be telling CP Plus to stop all their current court claims nonsense wholesale, rather than instructing them to cancel on a one by one basis, otherwise the CEO's mailbox is going to be bulging regularly. 
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    And landowners like MOTO deserve these complaints. 

    Landowners MUST take more responsibility for what is happening to innocent people on their land, and where drivers are invited to rest at services they absolutely do not deserve to find themselves sued, or worse, discover a CCJ damaging their chances of a mortgage, several years later.

    yes...as the reply I got was on the back of the complaint I have raised with MOTO directly
