CP PLUS Parking Charge
I know that there a lot of topics like that on the forum but I am quite lost when looking at the replies and suggestions. So here is my case. I received a reminder letter from CP Plus about a parking charge where they are asking me to pay £100 for staying on a parking lot 32min over the 2h free period. If I appeal this charge on what grounds could I do this? We were already 16h on the road both me and my partner swapping but after that time both of us got really tired, so it was the case of keep driving and potentially cause an accident or take a rest. We have not noticed any signs advising about a parking charge and as far as I remember we were the only car on the lot. I would be grateful for any advice.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
As said above ....... CP Plus live in a world of their own and don't understand what the government tells us ..... sounds like a motorway stop
Read up about this chap who had the same problem with another parking company.
Cost the company £1500 ...... and well worth referring to in an appeal

I had a look at the template, the parking charge letter includes the picture of my car but honestly it could have been done either at the moment when we arrived or drove away as the car lights on the photo are on, there is defo no close up picture actual photograph of the sign, the car photo is also from the time between 5am-7am so it's very dark and the driver cannot be identified. The template contains the bit about the PDT machine there is no info about that in the letter and well we have not paid - should I remove that? any suggestions much appriciated0 -
There are lots of recent threads about Moto and MSA areas or eateries , read those , complain direct to Moto and get it cancelled1

Absolutely complain to MOTO - are they trying to kill off tired drivers and their passengers? Search for those other threads over the last few days or use the search facility with MOTO as you search word.Redx said:There are lots of recent threads about Moto and MSA areas or eateries , read those , complain direct to Moto and get it cancelled2 -
I found couple of replies about appealing and advising of the circumstances of the parking and that the sign if there was any has been missed/ not seen. What are the chances when playing on emotions and the current pandemic situation?Le_Kirk said:Pinka83 said:
