Several cases are very similar and there are two very bad car parks (waterlogged and graffiti) and three machine failures two of which eat pound coins.1

You would add it to your main WS in your bundle.

Dear MSE forum angels, I just received an email from PPL saying:
"This case has been cancelled"
I had parked but I had paid at a PPL site and the PCN I received changed from not having paid to where I parked, and later letters said I'd agreed to pay the fine (I did not) and reneged.
After spending *hours * reading your kind posts and brilliant advice, I wrote to my MP and submitted a DPO. I got so far as filling in the N1. It was making me really worried.
I just want to thank you for spending your time helping newbies through this tumultuous ordeal. I for one am massively grateful and owe you a debt of gratitude.
I'm just running round my house in glee at the moment. Thank you all SO SO SO MUCH. You'll never know the good you're doing for the more passive readers of these forums.
Thank you again, K4 -
Well done katyanne7. Glad that you managed to see this off. I hope that some of the others go the same way.
I can't find your original post. Was it failure of a ticket machine?

Hello there @Snakes_Belly,
I did post but I think it was on another chain.
The machine was often broken, I'd often knock their window to tell them it's broken. I have a pile of handwritten parking tickets to prove the lack of maintenance. BUT when I got a PCN I'd paid, the ticket was clearly on display, and so I'm not the same as some of the other claimants. I'm checking with DCBL they know their client has dropped the case, as the email alone doesn't give me too much comfort.2 -
Hello @blackdog2220
The email was received from PPL, no signature. I replied asking for confirmation if that means I'm not being taken to court. No reply as yet.
I also forwarded it to DCBL to confirm if they'd received instruction from their client.
Do you think this doesn't mean it's over?1 -

As a matter of interest did they give you written tickets for your tariff?
