Help Please dcbl bailiffs

Hi all, please can you help me. I got a letter from dcbl  telling me to pay £160.00 within 14 days from a parking ticket from 28/01/2016 .
I never had a ticket or yellow envelope on my car.
Please what do I do.

Dcb LTD won't do anything except send out spam letters (notice I said LTD , not Legal)

Same old, same old rubbish from DCBL

DCBL ARE SCAMMING YOU BY ADDING FAKE AMOUNTS .....  

DCBL are just trying their luck, they are a debt collector working for parking companies who are on the verge of going bust due to covid... hence chasing a 2016 ticket
Sad firm, but suppose someone has to dredge the sewers

Only today we see on a thread that DCBL (Humpty Dumpty) fell off the wall in court as they were scamming ....  Even the court ushers could not put humpty back again

You have a received a 14 day piece of toilet paper which is of very poor quality.

If you get a 30 day letter of claim, then come back here.  Doubt you can remember what you did on a certain day back in 2016 ..... nor will a judge know ....... The parking industry and their trumped up legals are DESPERATE for money

To be honest it is making me unwell from worry
I had it in my mind that this was not a ligit fine , almost 5 years ago.
there are so many peoples saying  pay it , then again many others  saying ignore it , yet so many threads here say its a scam etc.

No-one here is saying that.  What are you reading?   

WE ARE NOT SAYING TO PAY AND WILL NOT SAY TO IGNORE A COURT CLAIM.

Flipping heck just read any DCBL threads and wise up.  Read the NEWBIES THREAD post #2 (court - how to win) and #4 (debt collector threatograms).

It is a sc#m , albeit it may be a legal one due to zero regulation , it's a cowboy industry , both the private parking industry and the debt collector industry as well

Nobody is telling you to pay the debt collectors

Do not ignore a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton either

But the claimant PPC or their legal contractor may issue a court claim before the 6 year deadline , especially during a pandemic where normal work has reduced substantially , meaning they are going through dusty boxes of old unpaid invoices , like yours

Files have gone back from DRP and then on to DCBL

WHO is saying pay it ,,,,, you are being scammed by DCBL.  
DCBL live off the utter rubbish called "can't pay" on TV   DCBL work for scammers, how sad

YOU MUST NOT get stressed out over this. Only today a court ruled against DCBL because of their rubbish ..... it really is rubbish.
DCBL are just copycats of another failed legal, trouble for them is they don't know it

All DCBL are doing is expressing the sheer desperation of the parking industry in covid times. They will not win .... and because in particular this forum ...... all posts are shown on Google ?
That means the more DCBL try to scam the more people will read on Google

Anyone in a marketing company would call this the funeral for DCBL.  
Do DCBL understand this ? seems not
That is the problem for DCBL, we do not have to pay the payroll
