BT Broadband -No Connection Since Black Friday Deal

I signed up for BT Fibre 2 in a Black Friday Deal on the 28th November. I have had numerous, and I mean numerous calls to BT and they cannot give me a reason why I have not been able to switch yet. I am currently on Vodafone Fibre, so I shouldn't need an engineer in the house, so what is the hold up? The various operators who I have talked to have promised me that they will personally handle my case but repeatedly fail to contact me after their call. I'm a patient guy, but I can feel my blood pressure going up as the weeks go by. The last lady I talked to, (she was very pleasant), said she wouldn't let this continue, I said that my next step was to right to the CEO! . Well, I've got my pen and paper out, Philip Janson.
