. I imagine this is the only case at this location.

I would be surprises if  that is the case.
This looks like another claim where the regulars have had no input into the defence. The OP's choice if they want to keep their details private as long as they don't blame the forum if it goes wrong.
With all due respect, that's why I posted. Take a moment to read through the thread. My time limit was up and I sent it off after spending countless hours researching and looking at similar cases.

I don't quite understand where the OP's property is located. The building in the image appears to be business premises.

Is this a residential case or a case of the OP has parked for years on a road where there was no parking enforcement and this has now been introduced?
Elaborating will make this easily identifiable, I'll refrain for now.

Just received the N180 form through.
Can I mail this to: CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk or is it moneyclaims@justice.gov.uk ?
In addition to this, in the FAQ is states you should send the N180 to the claimant. Is this correct? Do I scan and just send to their offices?

You just email; it to the solicitor if they are using one (not the Claimant themselves unless they are not using a solicitor).  And of course email the CCBC.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Except for filing a defence (which goes to MCOL who then serve on the claimant) everything you file with the court you must also serve on the claimant. (I'll admit that I don't know if the N180 is another exception - what does the court process guide linked from the NEWBIES FAQ thread say?)

Edit: C-m posted while I was typing - always take her advice in preference to mine (if the advice differs). :)

There is no other exception, and thats only because the CCBC sends the defnece along.
From here on out you must ensure both the claimant and the court get everything you send.
Also OP - we dont know what your defence is, and you're holding more details backl that would help us help you at the WS stage, which you should be doing now.
If we ask a question there is a good reason for it. The info we dont have but need hampers us, gets frustrating, and will lead to people dropping out.

We had a covid breakout in the offices, I've been out of action for the last week and feel awful.

Just had a letter through from VCS stating they're willing to accept a reduced amount of £125 lol.
Just to clarify all, I can email the N180 to CCBCAQ? Would I just cc in the litigations dept at VCS?

@nosferatu1001 I've shared my defence earlier in the thread. Please let me know what additional details you require, thanks.

Yes, same place you emailed your defence to
No need to confirm, the newbies thread is explicit

Just a quick update, received a letter through proposing the judge proposes to dispose of the claim without a hearing on the papers alone in a few months time.

Would you care to scan/photo that letter and share it? (Redact any of your details). Just in case you're misinterpreting what it says. :)
