This is wonderful, it shows the same signage small and blocked from where I was parked at rainy eevening:Fruitcake said:You might be surprised how many residential threads we see here on a regular basis. I'm not saying your particular residence has featured on here before, but it is distinctly possible.
Is/was the actual parking area covered by the terms of a residential lease/AST?
As for GSV, this is the part you will need to use, near the top left of the image.
When you click on the clock icon, a time slider will appear like this.
Click on the dots or drag the big dot to see the image for the date you want, then click on the image so that it changes to the one taken at the time that you want. Click on the clock again to hide the slider.
Get images taken either side of the alleged event, then take at least one pic now to show what has or hasn't changed.
You probably already know, but when using GSV images as evidence it is important to show the date at the bottom of that image to prove when it was taken.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I would not know where to start. I do not think that my 1932 Leica can do this.

Shall you be calling her Maj as a character witness then?D_P_Dance said:I would not know where to start. I do not think that my 1932 Leica can do this.

I taught myself how to search and post GSV images, so I'm sure it is not beyond your ability either. The dates appear at the bottom of the image and are saved when you do a screengrab. As long as you don't crop them out with a photo-editing tool, the date the image was taken will still be shown when you post, print, or email the image.

I might have missed this but is the OP a tenant or owner (leaseholder)? If so is there a formal arrangment for parking written into the contract (either as a tenant or a leaseholder) or is this an informal arrangement?

I don't quite understand where the OP's property is located. The building in the image appears to be business premises.
Is this a residential case or a case of the OP has parked for years on a road where there was no parking enforcement and this has now been introduced?

Elaborating will make this easily identifiable, I'll refrain for now.Snakes_Belly said:I don't quite understand where the OP's property is located. The building in the image appears to be business premises.

Just received the N180 form through.
Can I mail this to: CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk or is it moneyclaims@justice.gov.uk ?0 -

The defence has been submitted and the signage was not really present, I don't think adding any further information will change the facts other than making it easy to track down. I imagine this is the only case at this location.D_P_Dance said:Elaborating will make this easily identifiable, I'll refrain for now.

I would assume that snake's belly had a reason to ask,
. I imagine this is the only case at this location.
I would be surprises if that is the case. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
This looks like another claim where the regulars have had no input into the defence. The OP's choice if they want to keep their details private as long as they don't blame the forum if it goes wrong.D_P_Dance said:I would assume that snake's belly had a reason to ask,
