Mnoee said:You continuing to try to engage me only further proves that you don't wish to discuss the topic at hand, you wish to argue with me personally. That's fine. I do not want to argue with you. Have a good day.OK.To discuss the 'topic at hand', I think the difference between us is that you looked at the image onlyMnoee said:I was totally perplexed as to what the website was trying to convey having not seen the ad. (The lizard thing too?! What?!) I appreciated learning the backstory from those who had seen the ad, and it does make sense in the context but without that context, you have to admit that it's weird image.and I looked at the image and the words - hence my comment:Pollycat said:I really think you're supposed to read the words in conjunction with looking at the picture...I regret that you found my comment hostile. It wasn't intended to be.I do find some adverts confusing but not this one. That's probably because I've actually seen the full advert on tv and you haven't.There's no right and wrong here.Just a different viewpoint. And as the OP admitted - it's a pointless rant so I'll leave it there. You have a nice day too, it's fine and bright here.
