Vauxhall Emmisions

From a facebook ad.........Have you purchased, financed or leased a Diesel Vauxhall manufactured between 2009 and 2019?
You may be able to claim £1,000s in compensation. From a London based Co Millberg. Does anyone have any comments on it ?.I have a Vauxhall diesel van which I bought second hand in 2019 and was wondering if it might be worth filling in the form......

    Compensation for what?
How much are your documented, tangible financial losses?

If the "emissions scandal" was an issue to you, why did you buy a vehicle from one of the "affected" manufacturers a year after they were first implicated?

  • Presumably, Law firms like Milberg will make (or are hoping to make) the case for anyone who bought an affected vehicle either before or after Vauxhall’s emissions shenanigans became public.

VW have shelled out $Billions in fines, financial settlements and buyback costs due to their Dieselgate scandal. I’ve no idea how much ‘compensation’ has trickled down to individual car owners.

Hi, i think i am eligible to claim. Does anybody else's applied? Is there a way to apply individually to avoid firms who offer to do it?
I don't trust people calling offering to help you claim.

So you’ve done your homework and one of these alleged cheat devices was fitted through your car was it (or are you just seeing ££££ signs after seeing an ad from some dodgy ‘legal’ firm ?
