PCN from ES Parking Enforcement LTD (4/2/21 PCN cancelled)

They are based in Preston and claim to be affiliated with the IPC (Independant Parking Community)

The PCN was on a free car park on a local town shopping area in Bamber Bridge. Morrisons was the aim of the visit .

The offence was "Parked on Hatched or Yellow lines"
They want £60 rising to £100 for a free parking spot!!!

I have heard that this company is litigious. What is my course of action please ?

😳 sorry. I'm not the first and won't be the last to not read that section ,😳

Is it's IPC I will go straight to the online appeal.
As I do not know who the landowner is I will complain to the branch of Morrisons. Do I do this in person or in writing or both? Is it also worth writing to head office?
Would I also be correct to complain to my MP in writing? These scams need stopping

Contacted Morrisons and they said this is a company they don't deal with directly and I need to contact them myself
No idea who actually owns the car park

So ask Morrisons who the land owner is ..... Check the signage for hints ... check google ... check the council for no domestic rates ...
