Hi, just a little update, they cancelled the 3rd parking ticket that I didnt pay for, like they said they would but unfortunately they didn't send a cheque to refund the other 2, but I know where to come now if that's happens again, so thanks again for your help

Errrm...are you saying they reneged on the promise?  Please confirm which two PCNs were not yet refunded (PCN refs please) and I'll tell the BPA.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The most upsetting thing about all this is that probably less than 1% of all victims come to MSE or similar sites.  They  simply pay the invoices.
The BPA must know this but only act on individual cases when backed into a corner by CM.
What a complete and utter s***show

Yes but the new statutory CoP and single appeals service should make a difference in the longer term once it's finalised, hopefully later this year.

I find this action disgraceful in a pandemic , when MOT,s and driving licences etc have been granted extensions due to the pandemic !!

You should do what coupon mad says above , plus complain to your local MP , plus complain to the CEO of the trust as well. Your disability didn't disappear when the BB ran out , they only last 3 years so I have just renewed mine , online

I am amazed that during a national lockdown the hospital expect you to take your new blue badge into the hospital to register it at reception !! Are they mad ?? Complain , complain , complain !! Do exactly what coupon mad said , including complaining to parking eye about all 3 PCN,s

Especially when many hospitals are requiring proof of a negative COVID19 test before you're even allowed to enter the building (I'd imagine A&E emergencies are exempt, but scheduled appointments do require this).

Send an email yourself (looks better than coming from me in this case) to sara.r@britishparking.co.uk and tell Sara Roberts what has happened, and that the folks on MSE suggested you contact her because this is causing you financial detriment and ParkingEye appear to have forgotten these refunds, promised since January.
