Parking charge received at hospital as I didnt register my blue badge

Help needed please. I received a pcn at a hospital, which offers free parking if you register your blue badge at reception. I already did this the previous year but because I'd renewed my badge, same reg no. they said it wasn't registered. I received 2 fines over 2 days as I was sat waiting in my car, as I was taking my mum for her appointment. I paid the 2 charges as they said I had not registered, but now they have sent me a 3rd one for the same day which I have already paid because I left the car park and came back in.

Which parking firm?
You need to get in touch with the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at the hospital and get them to help you.
In terms of the 3rd charge, please scan a copy of the Notice to Keeper, and upload it here for us to see (both sides), redacted of your personal and car VRM details, but leave all the dates showing. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Is this a double dip? If so, read some of these

Also complain to your MP and PALSYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -

I was at the hospital on the 4rd Dec for 4 hours, left the car park for about 30 mins then came back in, so they've charged me again for the same day. I have already paid the other 2 charges that they sent me for the 3rd and 4th of Dec. This just came a few days ago.0

As above, you must get in touch with PALS
PALS CAN and WILL cancel this but you may need to be firm.
You should ask why they didnt ask you to re-register when they knew you were eligble for free parking.2 -
The real question here is why haven't you re registered the new blue badge with reception ?
This is 3 times that you have failed to do so , it will keep happening until you do so , so do soI can understand it happening once , then you complain to PALS , and get the BB registered on a whitelist , but 3 times doesn't make sense , because you should have acted promptly on receipt of the first posta PCN
Complain about this to PALS and get them all cancelled and refunds issued
Also complain to your local MP too , get them involved
Which hospital ?
Which Parking company ?? Parking Eye ?3 -

You should still get PALS involved, in parallel. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. The first 2 incidents happened on the 3rd and 4th of dec. The pcn's came the day after each other. I didnt re-register my blue badge as I totally forgot I had a new badge and didnt realise I had to as they had my registration. I havent been back to the hospital since, so haven't a chance to register it again.0
