Is your property leasehold.0

It would need a hole in the ground.GDB2222 said:If it’s important to you, you must check this before going further. Most rotary lines require a hole sunk into the ground. How will your one stay upright?0 -
I can imagine, i wouldnt put any undies on it but definitely sheets, towels or any clothes i wouldnt mind going missing....anything else i would not. I measured the rotary line and it does fit in a car parking space.amandacat said:My house has covenants and they say the parking at the property must be kept in place. So check this. Although a washing line in a space could be easily removed. I’m trying to picture a washing line in a parking space though, is it big enough? Is there parking for other properties next to it? If it’s a separate parking area just for your cars then easier but will everyone have access to your washing? You hear some stories about people punching things from the line.0 -
Are there any restrictive covenants in place? I'd just use an airier inside, tbh...3

Not that i know of.Seashell517 said:Are there any restrictive covenants in place? I'd just use an airier inside, tbh...0 -
It depends.Check you have the freehold of the land. If you do, check there are no restrictive covenants. There could also be restrictions from conservation areas, national parks, stuff like that. And of course there's a risk of theft or vandalism. Yes that's illegal, but that's little comfort when you've got nothing to wear for work.2

Anyone know?Er no, obviously you cannot do "whatever" you want with it just the same as you cannot with your house.2 -
Hi, I am your next door neighbour and really love this idea! I want to save water so I will be using both my spaces next to yours as a toilet. Please do watch out for the turds. Oh and nightsoil is excellent for growing potatoes, you can get some from my parking space to grow some organic potatoes!8

In our culture only a certain minority put their washing in full public view, often because poverty leaves them little alternative.Your environmental interests do not override others' concerns with their immediate environment, so someone will sabotage your effort to save the planet. You not caring what they think won't alter what they think.4

Easily flattened with a car or van.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
