ok, so yours is nearly 6 years so now you wait.
Will the court throw out the claim, highly possible. BWLegal know that and 6 years ago, their feeble excuse of quoting the code of practice to add fake amounts ...... that did not exist
Therefore, BWL has no legal reason to try and scam you and that add-on is ABUSE OF PROCESS1 -

I’ve read and understood the Small Claim post up to and including sending SAR request and and emailing firms DPO. Very helpful. But the next bit on how 99% of defendants win if they are taken to court has baffled me and I’ll have to read it a few more times. Btw it’s DCB chasing me.0

Ok I’ll go start my own thread whatever that means! Just like everyone else in this crazy world right now I don’t want to pay out maybe £500 in court when it’s maybe smart to pay the £170 they’re asking. Thanks to those that have helped and stay safe all.0

why on earth would you pay out £500? how did you get the figure into your head?
one thing ive learned with parking tickets is people make up false reasons to pay tickets in order do they can justify to themselves paying it1 -
An MP recently opined that it was very likely that some of these companies had links to organised crime. Paying their silly demands therefore could be funding white slavery, people smuggling, and drug trafficking. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
