havent checked the latest regs regarding entry, we go in Maystoneman said:
We used Dam health supervised last December. Had results through in 3 hoursvegasvisitor said:Well, we're booked to go in ...... 9 days! We only booked last Monday, so a bit of a shock to the system. Flying with BA and staying at Hilton Resorts World, so looking forward to staying somewhere different/new!
Now got to quite quickly get a pre-departure covid test booked. Looks like it's a supervised (in person of via video) lateral flow or PCR.
Have booked a Bellagio 2/1 buffet on MyVegas, but that's all. Can't quite see any other deals that are worthwhile and can't do slot credit as we're not staying at any of those hotels. Don't think Wynn points are really worth looking into on their slots app, but we might do their buffet anyway as have always liked it. Looks like most of the buffets close at 3pm, and even then not that many open. Seems to still be plenty of happy hours around though!
Anyone else been recently or going soon - some recommendations for the testing would be good.
is it still a supervised test on way out and nothing on way back ?
anyone heard any rumours wether that will change any time soon ( assuming I have it right)1 -
We may overlap slightly? (we fly out on the 9th April all being well, but then have 1 full day before doing a mini-tour and returning to Vegas @ 19th April)vegasvisitor said:Well, we're booked to go in ...... 9 days!

Our trip to Florida at Christmas gave me a bit of a kick that prices in the US have gone up quite a bit... please let me know what you've got on your happy hour list!
We used Project Screen @ Christmas... also using them again this time around. Seemed to work well for us! Have you booked your slot yet on the 10to8(?) website? Get in quick as times are getting booked up.vegasvisitor said:Thanks. I just thought I better get organised and ordered via Project Screen. They seem to be Virgin's recommended, plus saw posts on Tripadvisor. It's all a bit more complicated just now.

I've been keeping an eye on this. Federal mask mandate is not scheduled to be reviewed till 16th April (that's when it currently expires having just been extended for a month). Big pushes from aviation for it to be dropped (ie. no masks required on planes). It's possible the testing requirements will be reviewed at the same time but that's nothing more than a rumour ... seem sensible to review at the same time though, even if it remains

Reports from the States on Friday suggest that June 1st will be the date of change in the entry rules to the US, but that maybe no more accurate than all the other dates flying around3

Best I have done is £26.60 per testphotome said:Thanks for the info. Looks like you can do a lateral flow test at home , supervised for about £20, anyone done one of those
Go here https://www.projectscreen.co.uk/virgindelta/ for tests @ £28 then get 5% off using discount code: MBB5
(there may be better discounts out there tbh, or other suppliers that offer for cheaper...)3 -

F1 grand prix next year in Vegas, would love to be there, hate to think how much hotel prices will be though1

Tony would love it. I’d rather have my eyeballs removed. It will be too expensive, so I’ve dodged a bullet there.photome said:F1 grand prix next year in Vegas, would love to be there, hate to think how much hotel prices will be though1 -
I would love it, I have been to the british GP many times and seen a champ car GP street race in Vegas in 2007, but the thought of how much hotel rooms will be that weekend scares mepebblesmax said:

I'm confused about the 10 to 8 site as I've not even heard of this? We've received our kits, and as far as we know we just need to use the QR code on them to register etc. But I don't think we do that till we're ready to do the test day before?nvh said:
